Tim Barnes explains

"I have lived in central London for 30 years. I live in Soho and work on Strand, where I lead a small charity, supporting people who want to start their own business, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. I was formerly a Councillor on Westminster City Council and the Cabinet Member responsible for our schools, libraries and children's services, with a £100m budget.

"With my experience, I know how to deliver on the issues people really care about."
